About this site in brief
ATV Ubud (atvubud.quest) is an independent guide to quad biking near Ubud. We gather, write and publish the information here and point you to rides you can book. We do not run rides, sell tickets, collect payments or hold bookings.
Who sells the ride
Whatever you book from a link here becomes an agreement between you and GetYourGuide, or the quad operator, formed on their own site under their conditions. The seat, the ride, the payment and any change, cancellation or refund are theirs to handle.
Price notes
Each price on this site is a starting price, in whole dollars, rounded to the nearest dollar. If a platform quotes a different currency, we convert it at the European Central Bank reference rate, so our number is close but not exact. Only the price and dates that the booking platform shows right before you pay are binding.
How much to rely on our details
We verify what we publish and name where it came from. Even so, operators and authorities fix departure times, meeting points, meals, routes and rules and can change them without warning, and weather, river levels, events or an operator's decision can reshape or cancel a ride. Read the details of the listing you choose before you pay.
The helpers on our pages
Calculators, checklists, decision helpers, charts, planners and maps are only aids for planning. Their totals and suggestions are estimates and carry no offer or guarantee.
Where ATV Ubud's income comes from
Our tour links earn us a commission: when you book through one, GetYourGuide pays ATV Ubud a share and your price stays the same. We alone choose which rides appear here.
Material belonging to others
We link to sources and offers run by third parties, and each of them alone answers for what it publishes.
Text ownership
The texts, tools and design of this site are protected by copyright. You may read and print them for private use and pass on a page by sharing its link; any other use needs our consent. Photos of the rides belong to their providers; map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence.
Where our duty ends
Using the site is free of charge. We accept unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Beyond that we answer only for breach of an essential obligation, limited to the damage typically foreseeable.
Law and revisions
German law governs. A consumer based in another country keeps the mandatory consumer protection of that country. These terms may be updated, and the version published on the day you visit applies.
